  Granite Ridge uses some subcontractors that are really good. The framers, electrical contractors, drywall/paint, were all very good. The siding crew was horrible. They took forever getting the house sided, even to the point it rained hard one day and rain came into the house behind the finished drywall. The flooring company they use is an absolute nightmare. If you are getting a tile shower, you need to count on that taking one whole month to complete. The crew usually shows up after 9 and leaves before 2:30. It took the vinyl guy 5 days to do a job that should have taken one day. My rating of Granite Ridge would be higher if not for these crews. If you plan to build with Granite Ridge, I would force them to use a different flooring company, or simply go with another builder altogether. I absolutely HATE being told day after day that they will be there, they will finish. They are supposed to finish my tile shower today. It is 11:20am and they have yet to show up.
